Printed books are sent tracked. Digital editions arrive the moment you pay.

Printed books
Orders are packed and dispatched within one to two working days. Delivery times below start from dispatch, not from the moment you order.

Every parcel is tracked. The tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves, and you can also look your order up at any time on the order tracking page.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated from the delivery address and shown in full before you pay. There are no charges added after the payment step.
Free shipping thresholds, where they apply, are shown at checkout.
Customs and import charges
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customs duty, import VAT and handling fees may be charged by your own country. These are set by your customs authority, are not collected by us, and are not included in the price you pay here.
Digital editions
eBooks and audiobooks are not posted. The download link appears on the confirmation page immediately after payment and is emailed to you at the same time.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel has not arrived within ten working days of the estimate above, write to [ADD SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and we will chase it or send a replacement.
