The terms on which books are sold through this website.

Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling, euros or US dollars and are set separately in each currency rather than converted at a daily rate. The price you see is the price you pay.
Shipping is added at checkout and shown before payment. Where tax applies it is shown separately before payment.
Prices may change, but never for an order that has already been placed.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract comes into existence when we send you the order confirmation email.
If a book turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered, we will tell you and refund that part of the order in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering, through Stripe. We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout. We never see or store your card number.
Pre-orders are charged at the time of ordering, and the expected dispatch date is shown on the book's page.
Delivery
See Shipping for times and costs. Risk in the books passes to you on delivery.
Cancellation and returns

Digital editions
A digital edition is licensed to you for your own personal use. You may read it on your own devices and make a backup copy. You may not resell it, share it publicly, or upload it anywhere.
Download links expire and are limited in the number of times they may be used. If yours has expired, write to [ADD SUPPORT EMAIL] and it will be reissued.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, nor for business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Copyright
The text of the books, the cover artwork and the contents of this website are protected by copyright. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you.
Governing law
